Tried to install new FK Automotive Tailights on my Gti.
They fit well enough in the housing but the wiring is all haywire!! Right tailight works fine but the left is all over the place..indicator, brake lights, blinker etc...all out of whack with the right light. Then I noticed where the tailight wiring connects with the cars the car "connector" has 5 pins (as with the OEM tailights) and the FK Automotive tailight connectot has 6 pins...spend most of Sunday attemptin g to rewire the left tailight...to no success. I'm beginning to think they are not compatible...hmmm funny that. Will have to get back to OrangeTuning to sort out. Might settle on the black Hella tailights if I can send these back......

Yeah I find the standard brakes fine for a Chipped car...brembos very pricey.
Do you still have the stock rotors? Where did you buy and how much were the EBC Green Stuff pads if I can ask? Are the Red Stuff pads suitable? I think they are more for track?
Cheers

I've got RedStuff pads on slotted 312mm rotors - once they (finally) bedded in, they are fine from dead cold, but after three or four hard stops -
The bite is incredible. I had GreenStuffs in a previous car - wouldn't buy them again.Cheap, Fast, Reliable. Choose two.

Red Stuff are street/track pads, whether the Greens are 'sport' street pads. I don't intend to go on a track, so it was an unnecessary expense to upgrade further to Reds.
