Actualy i have been having problems with the setup. I read somewhere to get a 16psi cap, it seems to not hold enough pressure, when the car gets hot, even after i turn it off, it seems to open and dump water. I have ordered a 18-21 psi cap which i am waiting for, hopefully it solves the problem, I will let you know how i go

search, inline filler neck, inline filler, radiator filler etc
There are a few floating around

    Summit Radiator Hose Filler Inline Aluminum Black 1 5" 1 5" ea 2202 11 | eBay

Summit Radiator Hose Filler Inline Aluminum Natural 1 5" 1 5" ea 2202 | eBay

New Speedway Inline Die Cast Aluminum Radiator Filler Fill Neck 1 1 2" Hose | eBay

Thanks for the links. Once you fit those CS's you'll never look back. They are awesome.

I researched quite a bit on the expansion bottle removal and they all say to use a 19-21PSI cap so that should defo sort your problem with the 18-22 cap.

I'm currently in the process of moving the wiring to to the wings to help smooth the bay and wanted to do this mod to. Have you had any issues? Air locks? Over heating? What pressure cap did you buy?

Do you have a link to the parts if they were from eBay?

    Thanks

Troy, just had a look through this build for the first time. Credit to you buddy, amazing job, the car looks amazing. I'm sure it drives like a little pocket rocket. Love the wheels particularly, nice choice.

    Thanks for that Gavs

Im guessing now it wont be a while as the Recaros are going to cost me $$$$$

I still want to do it sometime, if the car keeps progressing the way it does, well it does not have the Go to match the Show. The goal is to have 350whp run a fat 225 or 235 and LSD

But might be a thought once you have the mould.
I work with plastics, blow moulded, injection moulded, thermo formed etc and I can say there is no way this is a viable option. A tool for even a vac form part will set you back at least $6k and that's not withstanding the plug that they need to make a fibreglass tool off. Troy, if you want the bigger guards that bad, take a fibreglass skin off one, then take a skin off your female mould. Then, buy a 5L tin of bog and a jigsaw and make the required adjustments to the part and take it to the fibreglass mould maker to make you part mould. Also, regardless of what the marketing crap says, all fibreglasses warp and move about, even tooling grade. You need to age it before doing a final ditto because if you fit it straight away, adjust it and then paint it, guarantee that it won't fit the same.

Wheel tubs are going to have the factory moulded carpet in there, just haven't put it back yet.

Still registered as a 5 seater, might change it soon, or just wait till i get pulled over and told off lol, then change it
