Not bad at all, power onset is smoother than before with a small noticeable difference in torque all round. I've grown use to the extra induction noise so don't notice it anymore but there is an increase in noise and sounded pretty cool even on idling.
Hey guys i've been getting an overwhelming number of pm's for my intake. Just to let evyone know, it's sold as of early this morning and best bet would be to contact vwthunder as he may still have his available for sale. Cheers and I wish everyone the best of luck in their search for a cheap used pd160 intake kit. Still have the bmc panel filter though.
Just a quick update on the Dub Addiction pricing for the SEAT intakes. I only have 5 left and looking to clear them given the drop off in interest for 9N product. If you want one then this might be the last chance to source it locally.
The big appeal of the SEAT intake (apart from being ded simple to fit) is that it's a genuine VAG part and looks totally stock unless you know what the original pipe diameter was.
Of course, some people like to scream and shout MODIFIED

I had a look, but without a workshop and a lot of bits lying around, it's not that easy. Picture of a different car isnt going to tell the whole story...
Personally I want a good pod filter or MBC style install, but not looking at it until I understand how I'm going to plumb it and how to attach to the MAF connection. it has to work well or it won't be any better.
