All, there has been some industrial action with Royal mail so im guessing thats why there is a slight delay with my bushes, any day now

I need to get some new bushes, I've had enough of the knocking noise I get over every little bump.

Just got a quote from a Pedders dealer for the Whiteline ones: parts, fitting and wheel alignment $300.

What have others paid?

That is a pretty good price for the whole lot.

Make sure you get the correct bolts to replace as well, Jmac has made it clear this should be done also.

I think i paid around $50 for the bushes, 3 hours labour at $80 an hour from mechanic and then $40 for wheel alignment.

Also the bolts cost around $30 all up.

I'm not sure who else has the whiteline bushes, but they may change the stiffness of the suspension and steering feedback.

If this may be a concern, I'd be getting the Seat bushes.

I don't mind. I've always thought the Polo felt a little sloppy on turn in, this may do something towards fixing the problem.
