After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

+1, I agree. I had a lengthy discussion with Guy from APR on this a while ago and he had tested this N75 "race" valve on their test Polo and found no benefit was to be had from changing it. In fact he recommended it NOT to be done on an APR chipped Polo.

I say if you already have it installed just keep the old one in the glove compartment with what ever tools you need to switch it over... report back if you have issues.

Many of you are speaking with no experience of the N75J valve. Isnt it designed for higher boost applications where the stock valve is not?
I installed mine and the car runs fine. I dont notice any difference to performance but it might just control boost a little better.
I used one of those festo valve things and as your open and close the air tap, the boost adjusts with it. but never does it dump boost and go into limp mode. (N75J)
However, with the standard N75 if your play with the Festo valve beyond a certain level, it just dumps all boost and has no boost, just has a spazz attack.
Seems the N75J is more stable.
