Mine has been flawless the whole time luckily, I did the bluetooth audio update from the website, asked them if it would change the GUI, they said it wouldnt... but you guessed it, it did, it looked better beforehand but i find myself using bluetooth audio with my iphone 4 all the time, its very handy, the slippage function looks **** but what do ya do.

the Bluetooth pair code is 0000 from memory.

Other than that i havent had any trouble on the new firmware.

hmm thinking of upgrading mine to, nothing fancy just something with ipod conectivety. any sugestions ? or just google ftw?

I have a new headunit.. Nothing fancy like pioneer etc.. It's double din straight swap with iPod, navigation, SD card, USB and DVD/ digital tv. Very stock looking which is good cos I don't want douche bags trying to break in.. Seems to have had a positive effect on the sound quality too

Thats pretty much what my head unit system looks like.. Its not flash but it works and im happy that I can listen to my iphone and dont need to worry about scratching my CDs or burning new ones for that...

cool, feel a lot safer knowing someone else has tried the update, might give it a crack over the weekend if I can find a spare sd card

Has anyone in Melbourne got a set of stereo keys I could borrow? My cup-holder is stuck and I think i'll need to take the stereo out to fix it!

I'm pretty sure it was mounted behind the cluster lol I was banished from the garage for being annoying during the install.. The accuracy with the gps has been fine. Pretty much on par with my tom-tom on my iPhone..

The Bluetooth mic works well too and I can actually hear ppl no more headphones and battling with my old car kit..

Mounted above the Cluster. Best place to grab reception or otherwise go for above glove box.

I was having a look at this one for myself and it looks like it doesnt have direct Iphone connection. Meaning I cant control my phone in regards to music through the head unit. Is this correct?? also it says it wont charge the iphone whilst connected??
