Yeah mate I know what you mean. The thing is if me comment had have been kept to pm then it wouldn't have happened. Don't get me wrong bugracer and I have pmed and it's all good. It's just unforetuneate these things happen but when your so pashionate about something I guess it's bound to happen every so often.

Well went to the drags. I must say I am really dissapointed in myself. The best I ran was a 15.3 and the best trap speed was 90mph. Now in my defence the track temp was around 36deg with around 80% humidity. And the only tires I had were my 2 year old conti's that have seen a track day and 4 seperate drag days. So I wasn't getting traction . Anyway I'll organise a drag day when it gets colder and get some decent tires.

I'm not making excuses as I'm really annoyed at myself for not being able to hook up a good launch.

Shane, you have that nice strong clutch...Time to get some Federal 595 RSR semi slicks. $300 a corner should set you up in 205/45 R16, and I have nothing but praise for them. Like I was saying to Branko, I have got 20,000km out of them, and I can easily see another 20,000km in them.
I havn't had a chance to drag mine since the tune, and I won't till I get a new clutch, but I seriously think 595's are the way to go for you.

yeah mate i know and will get them once my IC and downpipe are in. But i would like to do it on street radials as well, im not out to break anyones record but i know what i should be able to do and hate it when i dont perform up to my standard.

Bugger about the times man. I got a best of 15.6 before the tune on semi slicks. Can you borrow some for the next event?
