Hey Watercooled just thought i would share one. I have been looking at a few Polos with creaks and rattles. One i had creaking in the rear cabin area sounding like an old bed spring especially when the body has to flex going up driveways. After chasing it for a while discovered it was a body panel creak where the inner sill meet the outer along with the floor pan. So 3 panels together sort of thing. This reqd an old fashioned body alignment and then where there was gaps sprayed with TAC2. All good, sorry no piccies but the next one ive had recently was a knocking type noise around the drivers door. You have to remove the door card and inner membrane to gain access to the door lock mechanism ( very similar to Mk4 Golf) You also have to remove the outer door lock. Then you cut a piece of foam or rubber to the shape of the door lock which acts as a cushion. Dub already have some sort of foam there but was non existent when the lock was removed . Rebuild and test. Quiete as a mouse. Basic piccies below

There are other common ones we all know about but these 2 were a bit different.
