Polo coding - traffic and auto lock

I tried to find this in search but surprisingly came up empty handed. Sorry if I've missed it.

Looking for some vcds coding info for a my15 6C polo Gti.

Anyone know:

1) how to enable traffic updates on the Nav? I have them on my golf and really miss them in the polo...
2) the code for auto door lock at 15km/h and unlock when key removed from ignition?

Any help really appreciated.

maraach: The Polo 6C is built on MQB platform like the mk7. The Traffic report tweak for the mk7 is done by setting the adaptation channel Fee Based Traffic Information (TMC) in the control module at hex5F to the code 1024. It doesn't need a security code to do this tweak.

Just as a suggestion, why not look in 5F module and see if this adaption channel is also on the Polo (use the search function on the latest RT software for a similar sounding channel name - perhaps use "TMC"). If you find the channel - try setting the code 1024 and see what happens? A better way would be to make an adaptation map of address 5F and look through the channel list in comfort on your laptop

To get TMC to work, you also need to enable "TP" and "RDS" in the radio menu screen (the encrypted data for the traffic reports is sent on the RDS carrier signal for the FM radio stations that subscribe to this function.

Auto door locking - pretty easy to do if you have access to VCDS, I got it to work on MY16 polo gti and MY15 polo 81tsi.

The Polo 6C is built on MQB platform like the mk7.

No it isn't. It's on the same A05 (PQ25) platform as it has been since 2009. The MQB is a newer platform introduced after the Polo was designed.
