Is there any way VW would ever de-couple the option packages? I really want the LED lights but absolutely hate those alacantra/pleather seats and would never use a sunroof. I also would want sat-nav but have no need for any parking assistance...
Personally, it's a stupid decision for VW to package up the options and force people to pay for stuff they don't want!

Both VW and Skoda only offer 'packages' now. Speeds up production as you have less 'bespoke' cars. Skoda especially had to turn their delivery times around.....I was looking at 9months++ on a Octavia vRS Wagon.

i prefer polo gti with lux pack because the standard one looks a bit boring.
I spoke with the sales man the other day, they can add parking sensor separately, so that mean it doesn't come together with satnav2015 MY15 POLO GTI DSG WITH LUXURY PACK..Previous ride : 2014 VW GOLF 90 TSI, 2010 HOLDEN VE SS UTE, 1994 HONDA CIVIC EG ALL MOTOR H22A WITH B16 BOX, 2008 HONDA CIVIC FN2 TYPE R, 2002 SUBARU WRX EVO SPEC.

Does this sound like a good deal anyone?
I just paid $28,000 for the MY16 Polo GTI (white) in manual. It's stock though.
also got the "$3000" extended 2 year warranty for $1000 extra (their cost price).
So $29,000 with 5 year warranty - floor mats were free.

I am a few months away, otherwise would probably snap this up, given I'm likely to do 10k kms a year

Seems suspect though, it's almost too cheap with everything it's got.
It says rego runs out in April 16 but it's a my16 which were released in June 15? If I'm correct.
