Hey all, I paid $29k for a my16 manual in black, pick it up mid sep! Lands aug 28 I believe. Can't wait as I'm coming from owning a 77tsi

No options. The my16 updates made me happy with standard inclusions. Big fan of manual so no drama there. Upgrades didn't seem worth the cost.

Originally I was chasing an MY15 GTi in white with a DSG. I was given a pretty attractive price on this, $29,587 drive away.

I'm now looking at a Silver MY15 with a DSG and the LUX pack, $33,386.

I'm pretty sure both are very well priced, but happy to hear if something thinks I can do better? I'm also going to try and push my luck and get an MY16 - wish me luck.

I ended up getting a similar price to you, MY15 GTi in Blue Silk with DSG for $29,990 + 3 years of free BP car washes. Try and get rear sensors or a tint thrown in as well.

Also got offered the MY16 GTi Manual for the same price.

My MY16 Polo GTI manual in white, which cost me $28,700 cash on the road with 12 month's rego, arrived at the dealer last weekend! I'm collecting it on Saturday.

Yippee.

I'm interested to see exactly what the MY16 standard equipment will be. I'm hearing different stories from different sources.

I paid $29k for my16 manual black, was meant to collect mid sep. Dealer called me yesterday, another black manual just arrived but has driver assistance package...gave it to me for $600 extra instead of $1700. Also threw in tint all round...collect next week!
