Hail22: This is my first email correspondence so what you say may be true. However, my in-person service experience with them has been second to none...very responsive, always going above the required...

            Dealership or Service centre?

            Dealership is "ok"

            Service centre:

Ok...so i got a reply from the service centre within 1.5hrs of my email. Unsure if the content helps:
The technicians require the vehicle for a couple of hours to rest the learned programming of the transmission ecu.

This is normally charged at $153.00.

The adaption process is then carried out by the driver. The transmission ecu learns how you drive and adapts for best clutch operation.

@equiped - My experience with them has mostly been very good in terms of responsiveness over the phone and in-person service experience too (Unlike Barloworld!!!). I guess it depends which service advisers you get... I've been dealing with Joel at NorthShore & he's been very good.

No change in response except that the shudder is pretty rare now

Same here...Jason and Joel are the 2 guys i have been dealing with and they have been fantastic. Joel even gave me his car as a loaner when they were doing the oil consumption test.
