Glad all went well, will head up to Melton in the next few weeks and get mine done.

I also asked about the flange alternative for reversing it back to stock, can obviously be done but more time and extra $$ involved.

Bbbbback to the sound of this modification...hopped in the car this afternoon, drove it down 6 levels of the multi-story car park where I live...and geezus...when the engine braking kicks in the sound reverb on the burbling is just...well...hilarious.

Should also say, Id like the possibility of the clamp adding to the old muffler in case I need to go back (yes i know we both spoke about garages littered with old pipes last weekend LOL)

Jon, for the extra work of the flanges it's probably best if you discuss that option with them on the day. Hard to quote for it sight unseen over the phone. I'm sure they can accommodate you though.
