      Damn!
Now, as they say "the plot thickens"
My dealership is also Osborne Park and like Payno I am really quite happy with the service. I placed the order late December and was initially told a June/July which was then quickly pushed back to September/October.

      Fingers Crossed.
I guess the problem is that if come September the dealership turn around and say 'oh sorry, it does look like your car isn't here and won't infact be delivered until 2012, have a nice day'....what am I going to do? crack the sh#ts and go and buy an inferior car just because I need one? In the meantime they take delivery of the car when it does arrive and promptly sell it to the first person that walks in the door....
In this scenario I lose and the dealership still gets a sale!
Candy White 5dr GTI - bi xenons, audio upgrade, tint....special high oil usage model!

Wait a minute.... So she is expected to wait until when? SOunds like more than a six month wait.

This does start to smell like dealer silly buggers. Something along the line that VW/VAG are unwilling to now take orders that stretch that far into the future.

For that to be sure you have to hear (or talk to) the other party,
If you want to be a judge, then I'm sorry you can't be, because the lady who signed the contract for the car, not even posted in this thread.

To me, I treat this matter as hearsay and I'm closing this thread.
