yes but now ive got sat nav,reverse camera and dvd player and just have to touch the screen to answer the phone

Got my VCDS cable today and went about this morning changing some things. What I have managed to do so far:
XDS to strong
Steering wheel mute button instead of the annoying speaking lady
Disabled the touch adapter
DRL's switch off the side youre indicating. however i can only get them to switch off when the light switch is in position 0. When low beams are on, i cant seem to code it so that the DRL's switch off as well. :S

still learning how to use it so will update if i do anything further.

When I auto scanned, I noticed I had an overboost error. Anyone had that before?

Looking to remove the PCV valve (well vent to atmosphere). I'm sick of the sludge going back through my intake. I have puddles of oil sitting in my turbo and intake duct, god it's disgusting.

What specs are you getting?

Well Mr D...my gut feelings were bang on! Wheels arrived today and everything is up poop creek.

Rears are not right – they are 9.5 inch instead of 9.
Fronts are not right – wrong disk type, too much spoke protrusion of over lip.
Valves are silver – should be black
Centre caps are silver – should be black

On top of all that, I also find out today that my rear tyres are still sitting in Japan and are 6 weeks away.

I'm vexed!

Fronts are not right – wrong disk type, too much spoke protrusion of over lip.
Valves are silver – should be black

Distributor has taken full responsibility and offered a full refund.

I really don't want to wait another 3 months for a new set to arrive so I am going to test fit a rear over the weekend and see how it goes...it will be close to the strut but there is a possibility it will fit. If it does then I may decide to keep them as said distributor has offered to order me the black caps and valves for free. In terms of the fronts, well as much as the spoke protrusion bugs me, I could get used to it.

It's all disappointing because I chose my specs in order to reduce poke and eliminate the stretched tyres.

One positive, the wheels do look great
