What have you done with your Polo so far (and today)
Today I tried Dodo Juice Diamond White as a trial instead of my regular Nanolex stuff. I actually like it better, a little more elbow grease involved but I think worth it and cheaper. The overall shine is a little less plastic than the Nanolex and slightly deeper, I know, it's a white car, but still very impressed. Nanolex about 9 months repeat, Dodo about 4 months but the container will do your waxing for years.
If anyone is going to ask, yes, I washed, dried, clayed, paint cleaner and waxed in that order.
2011 POLO GTI 3dr, Candy White, Audio-Comfort-Xenon Packs
MODS: H&R Sport Springs - Bilstein B12s - Whiteline Sway Bar - Milltek Cat Back Exhaust - Sparco Assetto Gara Wheels
Can someone with a GTI please help me out with some measurements for the rear GTI badge. I'm putting it back on and need to get the positioning absolutely correct.
1. Vertical distance from rear window down to top of the 3 letters.
2. Total horizontal width of all 3 letters (so imagine a rectangle around the entire badge)
3. Draw an imaginary vertical line from between 2 exhaust tips, upwards to where the badge would be positioned and tell me how much is the badge 'offset from centre' of that line.

Perfect! I was just starting to shop around for a replacement for the duragloss sealant and was tossing up over nanolex or dodo diamond white.
What paint cleaner did you use? dodo lime prime?

Used Dodo Supernatural Micro Prime, which has finer abrasives than the Lime Prime.

Cheers guys.

1. 250mm from bottom of rear window
2. 95mm
3. 30mm to the right of the centre line
Cheers
