I've noticed my car has started to make a very loud squeaking sound on acceleration a while after changing to a racingline intake since then I have now switched to a K&N intake but the sound still appears but is less often than before if anyone has an ideas that would be much appreciated

Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Its hard to show id film it but it doesn't happen when stationary only whilst driving its definitely not induction noise its a horrible screeching noise I think it might have been the air escaping from a sensor that was in the silicon hose not sitting properly will have to see if problem persists the sensor wouldn't sit correctly in the hose so I elecrtcal taped it up haha if it keeps happening ill get a friend to film so the sound can be heard

First of all - which car have you got? Polo GTI with the 1.4 twincharge engine, or the later 1.8T.
If its the 1.4 then you are probably hearing the supercharger. Suggest you remove the intake and re-fit the original intake to ensure the noise goes away first.
