Clone/pairing a replacement key fob

Silly me, I bought a replacement key fob off ebay for $15 only to then read in this forum that pairing a Passat key isn't as simple as it is with my garage door remote

Does anyone know a place in Melbs that will clone/pair a key for a reasonable price?

Dealer will probably be the only one and cant just use a Ebay bit of crap as frequencies etc will all be different

Any auto locksmith can adapt a new key to your immobilizer.
Can't use a used transponder though they are locked after VIN is written. Locksmith may be able to change just the transponder over from inside the key and then program it.
