MY13 changes

I've been told by a VW dealer that the upcoming MY13 Passat Wagons will include:

. GPS
. Reverse Camera and
. Electric Tailgate

all as standard, and at current RRP.

Has anyone else heard the same or different?

Since they prolly wanna clear out all the
facelifted version to make way for the MY14
Passat using the MBQ platform

Yes, I have heard this as well and my car is now a MY13 but i have to wait longer.

Means that I will get the camera and also will be cheaper as I will save on not having to option gps, rvc and elec tail gate.

CC is apparently getting kessy, not sure on wagon as yet.

Yes, I have heard this as well and my car is now a MY13 but i have to wait longer.

Means that I will get the camera and also will be cheaper as I will save on not having to option gps, rvc and elec tail gate.

CC is apparently getting kessy, not sure on wagon as yet.

For those with armloads of shopping is the auto-boot system that responds to a deliberate kick beneath the bumper (provided you have the key) to automatically open the bootlid.

- All models will now come with Sat Nav as standard.
- All models will now come with RVC Plus standard.
- V6 Highline will come with paddle-shifters standard.

She did not mention any pricing change, they will let me know when they get more information.

I'm very happy with the third item - I didn't want to add the sport pack just to get the paddles!

Price stayed the same. Also electric tailgate is standard as well.

I have two quotes here, one before MY13 and one after, second one is simply cheaper by how much the now standard options are.
