Well.. .hate to say this but im the latest victim of the fuel reading leaving me stranded.... car was dropped off yesterday and got a call back with a reference made being TPI warning showing an issue but there is no actual solution or fix.. pathetic right? i've been told to hold tight as its been raised to VW Aus and i'm on the priority list once they have the fix sorted... **** excuse if anything!

I've got the car booked in on the 6th of August for VW to take a look. I've actually been keeping a spreadsheet to calculate the error rate and it's all over the shop. It's been out by a minimum of 9 litres and a maximum of almost 20 (gauge was saying 63% full and it took 44 litres!). Might be a wasted trip it seems, if they haven't got a fix. It is pretty dangerous too, depending on where someone runs out of fuel (I ran out as I entered a dual lane round-a-bout with an 80 km/h speed limit...)

Also have a rattle on the left side of the car when certain low pitch noise is played through the speakers, hopefully they fix that at least.

In the mean time, I guess we'll all have to recondition ourselves to get to the servo as soon as it's on the first red line

the console is rather tight as its is atm i can't fit my S9+

Curious to see if anyone has fitted and what the charging power is like ?

It does seem to address the space issue by removing the USB port from the tray. No idea about the quality of the product or charge rates though.

Sent back as in returned it or for repairs?

I'll definitely post back with my experience.

dropped the car off for their 'Testing' and then picked it back up and was told to not let it hit red till they sort it out..really ?

Hit red?! Dafark?! I don't let mine get below half full! Costs less to fill up and means I'm never stranded.

I had that from the front passenger door during deep bass notes in music. It was the plastic bezel where the window open/close switch was. I just pressed it in a bit more and tightened the screw underneath just a fraction. All sorted.

Thanks, I'll try that to see if it makes a difference. I know if I put my hand on the "middle" panel (the slightly rubbery bit under the top of the door and above the arm rest), the noise stops, so definitely something is just a little loose.

Found another issue in the last couple of days with the infotainment screen - I've now got 2 vertical lines running across the screen! That got added to the booking for next week immediately.

Looks like the Arteon has been dropped from VW Australia website. Have they quietly discontinued it for our market??

Looks like the VW website has had a few design changes so there could have been a glitch. The Arteon is definitely on there.

Is there anyway we can upgrade our head units firmware without taking it to VW. There is sometimes some 'glitches' when using android auto like it doesn't announce the navigation but the music softens but no voice comes through? Really weird. U have to unplug and plug it back in to get it going again!

Anyone else having issue with key remote not being recognised? This is happening quite often and "no key warning flashes" on display. Stopping car and locking and unlocking cures issue. Spoken with dealer who suggested could be bluetooth related problem with phone but not really sure and need to bring car in. We have already changed battery in remote but problem still persists!

Bluetooth problem with the phone? Like...how? The Bluetooth on your phone is masking the signal from the VW remote?
