Service Center in South/West Sydney (coolant problem)

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good service center in South/West Sydney? I don't trust the mob at the VW service center in Liverpool so I'd like to avoid them.

My Arteon is very thirsty when it comes to coolant, could anyone offer any advice on what the problem could be?

It will almost certainly be your waterpump/thermostat unit as this is a very common issue on the 2.0T engine. Its made of plastic and after a few years the plastic either cracks or the rubber seal perishes and starts to leak.
