The hold up is with the multi million dollar aussie manufacturer viezu has on board, this isn't a small time thing, it's friggen massive. They aren't planning a few pipes and "see how it goes", more like truckloads once a prototype rolls out.

I know they have been working on multiple cars at once, and i am expecting a release in the next few weeks now the motor tuner challenge is over and simon can get back to work and stop posing for the camera.

If Viezu are looking at volumes then obviously pricing/performance has to be attractive for the average punter (not just the die hards).

Hopefully they release a Motorsport tune to round out the Tig upgrade package.

Hope you guys can work on short shifters as well.
APR & ECS do not have one to suit the 2012 TDI.. even the Diesel Geek one doesnt fit.

Fyi, the shifter in the 2012 is the same as the new Audi TTRS

              Hey all

Sorry for delayed response, we don't often come on here other than to update our own sections

Tigs are absolutely not going to be neglected... We've finished moving the goal posts on our hardware requirements for them and have tigs in for test fits at the moment (in fact if anyone else is in VIC and can spare their beloved Tig for a test fit and get a cracking deal on hardware/tune at the same time, then please let us know).

The DP's on these have about a million sensors in but we're sorting it out - will know more this week. Catback will be 304ss and market leading on price. We'll also be throwing some curve balls out there, which I've learnt my lesson to say -nothing- until it's ready...

Remember, this is Viezu Australia's own hardware brand, VARdesign, in conjunction with our manufacturer alliance HPX Australia - much as we have a lot of interest further a field too ... Price points are being looked at - we'll be very good on normal rrp price points, then will also be unbeatable on package deals which also means our (and our approved dealer's) current Viezu tune clients will get some serious value for money - aside from some of the best products out there.

As for the TDI Tigs, our Carbon CAI's and catback's - I'll get an update on those this week too.

Brochures are vast, so they're the biggest hold up at the moment. We really should be able to show you what we can sell (!)

And with that comes the hardware website - and the new look Viezu Australia website is having finishing touches to it too.

Billet shifters sound good - sure we can get that worked out - we have Billet shifters for most makes and models, so I'll see what we have for the Tiguans too...

Any Tig owners in VIC - please give us a shout - it'll speed things up, if we can access more cars more of the time so also assist speed things up

              Looking forward to it

              Cheers

              Simon

Tiggy calm down - it's a long way to drive to Melbourne for a test fit.... though hopefully worth the wait and all the excitement once the products are released.

Yeah but at some point you've just got to go with what is available at the time.

I've been hanging out for Viezu tunes and hardware since late last year.

Not totally disappointed that it's taken a little longer as at least any warranty items will hopefully have reared their head (touch wood everything is OK).

However at this point there's no pricing or even price points been announced so it's a bit hard to know whether to go down the path of custom exhausts and S3 intercoolers or hold off for the VAR hardware release.

Also the other problem that I have is that as much as I love my Tig, I'm not going to have the car forever. So if I don't do something soon then it'll start to get too close to the time when I'm going to sell it (already 1 year into a 3 year life).

Has anybody consider yet to get the IC dubaddiction is selling? It's a full kit for $800. Seems fair to me. Should be a straight fit I believe apart from having to chop the hoses, but that's required anyway with the S3 IC...
