Brisbane meetup for Tiguans

clip and I have been thinking about a Tiguan meetup in Brisbane for a photoshoot opportunity and social sharing of info and ideas. If you are in Brisbane and would like to meetup to show and share let us know.

clip will be doing a demo on his AVC9000-1 ... Anybody who has something interesting in their Tig to show would be great, those that want to do something but don't know what/how and don't want to ask on the forum this is the place to come and ask.

No drags Theo I promise ... ... its meant to be a photo opportunity and friendly meetup.

We'll work around the dates that most suit those that wish to attend. I'm quite keen to see how that rear DVD player of yours works and integrates ....

Sharkie, I just checked my shifts and I'm on 0600-1400 morning shift that day. We could perhaps meet up with you guys later on that afternoon...? What time were you thinking? I didn't see any time on the other thread.

As it turns out, I'm on a 5 day break from the next day, but that is Monday to Friday and everyone else will be working I assume.

3 Tigs and a Jetta

Great to meet up at last with some of you guys. Only 3 Tigs showed up and a hot looking Jetta, but that was enough for a few shots, lots of talk (great info for me thanks guys), and a bit of a run.

Be great to get another day organised in the new year.

I'd be up for a meet up in the New Year, and Santa is bringing me an APR stage 1 upgrade to the 125 at Xmas, so I'll be joining the 190 brigade (well all bar sharkie who is now 200kw

By the way swear I saw a dark blue (read R colour blue) Tig in northern NSW yesterday - are there R's out now or is it just a colour change from Catalina blue?

Just a colour change as the Catalina Blue sales were abysmal and the orders were very small in number.

There is an R-Line Tiguan but only for EU and USA.

I believe the R-Line Tig is available here in NZ too though I haven't seen one myself (I'm sure I've seen advertising for them though).

Some friends of mine just got the new blue, took delivery last week and I gotta say its a great colour!
