Looks great actually. Just a minor point, the bright sunshine has left the pictures slightly over washed out. Be good to see it in duller conditions.

That aside, I think your car will be finished off nicely if you lose the chrome on the front grill, and even go for a black VW badge. Then you're officially "pimped" as Xzibit used to say at West Coast Customs!

Any plans to put some springs?

No, not at this stage. I like the ride quality as is plus we do use the car as a SUV ( camping, ski trips) so need the clearance.
Window tint is next and maybe black "V" plates to match the black/white theme.

How about some raising springs????

Agree about the silver grille could do with some plasti-dip (easy to reverse if you get over it).

Also while you've got the plasti-dip can out, you can run around and do all the grey plastic trims and blacken them up. Given that you're going for a black/white look this will sharpen up the car also

As I said I'll leave the suspension as is, but I might consider doing the front chrome bits plastdipped matte black... One can should do it yeah? If I find some time...

No problems Tiggy155 I just thought if you didn't want to go lower you may want to go up!

Here's a clip of plasti-dip upgrades on a 155TSI. Black badging looks awesome. Jury is still out on the grille, though it is reversible.

Thanks Tigger, great video! Showed the misses and even she's for it.. She drives the car most of the time.

That's an R Line Tiguan. You can tell from the rear valence and arch extensions.

Just saw this video of a Tig with a "diamond tuning" bodykit. Rear diffuser with the quad exit exhaust and rear wing looks interesting. Pity about the massive side air intakes on the front end...

The body kit is very sharp and angular whereas the base car is curvy and smooth.

Yes I'm not a huge fan of the kit either, though thought I'd post it here in case it inspires someone. Some aspects have potential, however the front bumper is a bit wide and edgy for my liking. I believe they were looking to improve airflow through the front brakes, however there are probably better ways of doing it.... or maybe just invest in a BBK instead
