Well it looks like we have all suffered the same delivery fate, which has helped the sanity.I have owned 10 new cars and never waited more than a week for delivery, so this is a real labour of love.

My fully loaded Ruby Red Rline has been loaded onto the 'Grand Hero' which should arrive on Dec 8th, at least a month ahead of schedule.
Been a long wait but I hope I can get it before christmas.

I can recommend Cricks Highway VW. The haggle hard but were prepared to move on price more than Gold Coast VW were. They have also rang me regularly to update order/build process...

Westpoint Autos too. again price is based on how you negotiate.

My Tig arrived at the docks 2/11. Will be ready to collect on Friday but I pushed it to Saturday morning due to work! Order was placed in early Feb! Getting Ceramic Pro done on it Monday.

There were times I forgot I had even ordered this car haha!

What is the usual time from boat arriving at dock and receiving delivery?
Mine is supposed to dock at Port Kembla on the 8th December and would like to know if I will be getting it before Christmas.

If you go by the timeframe for mine - it took 1 week from docks to then arriving at dealership. Then they want 2-3 days to get ready for collection. I get the feeling that mine was pretty quick from docks to dealership though.

2 weeks, 2 days for my dealer to get the paperwork.... All up, it will be 2.5 weeks.

Going by my timeline, Christmas day pick up for you (8th to 25th dec)... How good would that be! Good luck mate..

Mine arrived in Fremantle on Oct 24th and I pick up on Nov 15th, so @3 weeks. But I am in WA(Wait Awhile).
