Finally my car is on a boat, VIN showed up this morning on the "Morning Celesta" due into Melbourne on the 15/7. Hopefully others waiting will also be on it.

So it's 2 weeks behind schedule

Yep, was a general hold up, spoke with the dealership yesterday for an update and they had 50 or so cars in the same situation. They weren't sure why it happened.

That's crazy. Wonder when orders meant to be delivered in Oct/Nov/Dec 17 will arrive? Dealers are normally 1-2 months late with delivery dates for the Tig.

For what it's worth, received an email from the dealership this evening informing me the Tig is on a ship, ETA into Melbourne 13/7 (which was the original scheduled date for the Morning Celesta before it sailed). Once the vehicle has arrived, and is off loaded, it will then proceed through Customs and Quarantine which can take up to 10-11 working days. Then once it's at the dealership they'll arrange a suitable delivery time.

Be interesting to see if the ship arrives earlier, ah well at least it's on the water now

After weeks of entering my VIN I finally recieved a hit. My car is on the Otello which is due in Melbourne on 16/7.

Good stuff, nice feeling when it finally shows up. The long wait is coming to an end, both the Morning Celesta and Otello get in within a day of each other.

Checking their positions now, Celesta just starting to come down past Spain and the Otello is about to go through the narrow part of the English channel.
