APR upgrade

Hi all, just had stage 1 APR unpgrade on my 2018 162kw Tig, started to get fault code P226100 boost pressure not detected mechanical, I had a Turbosmart valve installed a few years ago never had a problem. Has anyone else had this code error after mapping upgrade ?.

The code is related to the Turbosmart blow off valve. Likely to pop up occasionally now that the car is running more boost with a stage 1 tune.

I know Turbosmart have revised their blow off valve for this engine as I bought one myself about 2 months ago. Perhaps this was one of the reasons why they revised the design?

Either way, if it doesnt affect the driveability or performance then you can just ignore it - or delete the code if you have an OBD device like Carista or OBD11. Or you can fit the original diverter valve.

Hi Lucas, thanks for your reply. I contacted installer he said the same so they will upgrade valve.
