Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

I am very disappointed at the price as I mentioned above and curious what the final price with selected accessories will be. This car has moved into LCT territory but will still be under it but the price won't want to go up much more and I think there are cars out there at that price I would rather have. So what will the bum in driver's seat price be.

You're looking at around 80k w/o sunroof. 83k with, drive away.
What other cars would you consider instead with the power on offer here? When I was looking you can have a much better cabin experience for the money, but not much else on the market performance-wise for an SUV. This is why I kept my order despite it being 5k over budget

There is seriously nothing in the $80k vicinity in an SUV that comes close to the new R! Maybe a 3-4 year old SQ5, but nothing new!

I responded citing the performance question and yes it blow the Tiguan into the weeds. If the Tiguan goes over the 79K LCT break the price it becomes that plus 33% which is totally ridiculous of course. Have you looked at this aspect?
