Given that they provide pictures would have thought it would be a no Brainer

Thanks - does this mean VW is abandoning Tiguans? At least MIB2 ones I haven't looked at the latest model

                • For some reason, the Brisbane maps always try to route us through the toll tunnels... even when it's completely out of the way. It's seems the maps were created by the tunnel's shareholders or something...

Hopefully the next update fixes that, but not expecting much.

You can tick 'No toll roads" so that it wont. Never pushed me through one in Brissie

Yeah, we've resorted to just turning troll roads off.. but that's annoying when my wife forgets it's off and wants to go via the gateway bridge and then calls me up all pissed off because she can't figure out how to turn them back on temporarily .. for some reason they made it way harder in MiB3 to turn off troll roads.

The RNS 510 never had this issue and I don't think it happens in my Arteon either (MiB2.5).. just assumed that whoever built MiB3 had an affiliation with the trolls (especially the BNE tunnel corporation).

                      Maybe her's is misconfigured, or it's a new thing (MY22 Tiguan - fully-loaded and not "semiconductor-optimised")

Its is in the NAV settings and if you turn it off it stays off and is the way I have it but as I rarely go into the city centre I havent had any trouble I use the Gatweway but dont need the NAV to get there.

Was same in my Tiguan 19 Had it turned off along with Ferries etc

Are the maps the same for Discover media and Discover pro units?

NO thats why they have pictures on the page of each unit so the confused can pick the correct one The one I listed in reply above is for a Pro unit as used in a Tiguan 2019 and the VIN is actually an Octavia or something. Now that you are thoroughly confused IT WORKS

                            • Thanks Hillbilly. I have the late '19 Tiguan but with the standard dash/media. Not the end of the world not having updates as Carplay is there.
