I haven’t noticed any issues personally

Thanks, I had the wagon for 8 months now, but havnt got a chance to drive around cause the COVID, and yes the mat from dealer is pretty much hard plastic and very slippery, I had my paper box and keep slip when I try to boost lol

The boot mat I have is more plastic and very slippery. Was thinking of getting a rubber welcome mat from Bunnings to place the pram on to prevent it from sliding all over the boot.

Hi All, been a while since I’ve been on here but finally looking at getting a 2020 Golf R wagon. Just wanted to see what experience people have had with owning them? Any problems or issues. Feedback would be much appreciated.

Same size and such a massive difference in light output.
Yeah, the standard globe is pathetic so I did the same. But the LED one I put in was nice and bright for a while, then started not working intermittently (it was a cheapie from ebay). I have a few extras so no big deal to replace it again if needed.

I’ve seen many reports from those who’ve done it. Unfortunately causes drone in a wagon.

Sorry for the sillily question, as I am yet to ever mod a car amd I’ve read this so much on VE forums. What is a ‘res delete’ and what does it do?

i'm wanting more noise too from my Wagon so will probably get an exhaust as I will also eventually get a down pipe and tune. Stock for Wagon exhausts are limited in Australia at the moment though - which limits options
