One of the best OEM+ finishes out there using the Savannah, albeit in a highly aggressive finish that would sit outside Australian rules at 19 x 9 ET33. And they had sets going for $600 in the USA last month sigh:

Hey Adam, nope nothing required.. the car was lowered onto VWR springs and fitment is perfect. I did however get the fronts shaved as the poke was 2.5CM out. They did sit perfect on my Scirocco thou.

Yep, that's some modest poke. The Roc can certainly take a more aggressive offset than the Golf without guard work or major mechanical changes, unfortunately.

Correct but once the fronts were sorted, they fill the guards out nicely.

100% - they should be fitted stock (with a more friendly offset for the Golf). Great looking car.. one of the best I've seen, add in the Armytrix and it's the sort of thing I could see myself trying to 'build' if I had an R.

One of the most aggressive looking wheels from factory this side of $100k I'd say. And a great reminder that despite Santiago, Cadiz and Ruby/Brescia VW can do great wheels too.
