I am nothing if not predictable. Speaking of which, I've always loved the look of this car - great rims, nice subtle enhancements, best colour, winning:

These are an interesting rim - what are these Dutch?

Who knew, but now the Speaker can't blame me for wheel shopping with Junior - she bought the toy.

Clearly the Speaker realises that Junior Dubber won't be seen repping any cheap **** and demands class in her aftermarket wheel selection. Respect. Which leads me to:

The FF01 is a mighty fine rim. But here's something I suspect you'll never hear from me again: I think that car is sitting a tad high for them, at least from the first two angles.

Such a nice rim. These are off a CC V6 I think? My dad has one, and many times I've eyed off those rims as a great match for my old GTI.

Pretty sure they're CHs though, an awesome wheel on older Golfs but I think we agreed the Mk7 needs the CH-Rs.

Easy. They're.. err.. OK, that's odd - I have no idea. I've gone through all the regular suspects and it isn't quite meeting all the design elements.

I did find the design but it was on alibaba so the less said on that, the better.

I'd stick with the Vossens, albeit as discussed offline there are a few other of their designs I'd pick first, whether on an R or an S3:

Hopefully she will accept BBS and OZ into the fold as well. Or a left field Vossen.

You will hear no argument here, that design seems to have emphasised the gap.

You and me need to stick to wheels that work at OEM height levels.

They're definitely a 'turbine' rim and CC sounds right.

Ah yes, the 'South African' car; those are 20s IIRC, and I know he's well lowered now (with different rims) although that may be a stock ride height there? Certainly looks it at the front.

Yes to 20s, and yes to stock height IMO in that pic. Means we can't go wrong with 19s at stock as well.. if we were looking.

Speaking of regular programming it should be Wagon Wednesday but given everyone has been boring running winter wheels up north, or yawn black Pretorias locally, all I have is a picture of a talking frog:
