Although I will say IMO it's amazing what ride height can do to the look of stock wheels. KW DDCs fitted (and so as not to anger Adam's sensibilities they were wound down simply to see how low they'd go):

Looks like a professional gloss black finish to me. Too shiny for powder-coat and far too not-rubbish to be plastidip.

I'd agree with Adam. It's a Melbourne car IIRC so should be possible to find out - and speaking from experience there's at least one good wheel joint around there.

Plastidip is good to experiment with to make sure you like the look, but if you do then I'd go for something more permanent.

And there's zero doubt that gloss black Cadiz > stock Cadiz.

Agreed although while the wheels are all good I'm not buying the 'carbon' extension up front.
