I'd do it minus quite that much tyre stretch, although maybe a technical expert can advise whether stretch = less tyre on the ground = less rolling resistance = part of the set up of a hybrid. I have no idea.

Not always sure how they'll come up as I am often working off an iPad which I know displays differently to other formats.

When you attach the photo and save a copy on the forum server (preferred method), then the pics display in a reduced format when viewed on a PC. If you link to the original then you'll often display in the largest format that the file was saved or maximum that the screen allows.

If you're running off a small screen you won't necessarily notice the difference.

It's a good idea to retrieve the file and reference locally as all too often things get moved on the interweb and then all your hard work gets lost due to broken links.

Just go on vortex and look at threads from a few years ago and half the pictures are missing

Yeah agreed which is why I was using the forum server for a permanent record. I was hosting larger pics on photobucket at one point but it doesn't take long for the freebie traffic to soak up with the views meaning half the month was returning blanks for people elsewhere as well.

I must admit I do a lot of my VW work on the tablet so I probably do not pick up sometimes when the picture is postage stamp sized - I try to steer clear of the grainy pics that resize poorly on here as well.
