You are right Alex31, I am dumb one for joining this forum and getting excited about a new car.

If you are not excited about a new GTI coming out then maybe you are in the wring place.

And yes it is a dumb comment.

I will de register my account as it seems this is the not the right place to be excited about cars, just a place for members to be rude while they hide behind there computers.

My dealer got back to me:

Driving profile selection & adaptive chassis control will be standard on all Golf GTI’s

There is no mention of LED tail lights, but apparently the tail lights will be tinted

Bi Xenon headlights will be an option

Leather will be an option

Tornado Red will be a colour choice

There is no mention of an 19’inch wheel option – but I’m pretty sure they will be

There is no performance pack in the October launch – it may or may not be offered in a later release.

Nothing on adaptive chassis.. Or larger sat nav I.e. discover plus...

I didn't ask, but they definitely have the full specs so I'd be going in or calling my dealer.

My dealer had no idea about the GTi when I last spoke to him ("Oh, they're already released in NZ?"), now he's the oracle apparently.

Stick with me... VWA decides to make sat nav standard on our GTI and ditch the standard HIDS (found in euro models) for halogens.
This means they can offer and price the main options for the GTI exactly the same as the rest of the Golf VII range - Leather, HIDs, Sunroof. GTI alone would have the option of Active Chassis Control.

Hi all - newbie here. Signed up today and been waiting all day to get approved!
I got the spec sheet from my dealer today.
MikeB was spot on with the list, except that Adaptive Chassis is standard, and the nav is Discover Media 5.8".
Options and colours are correct too.
