I will check next time I turn it on.
It could have been the dynamic cornering lights as I was playing around with the steering wheel to see how the cornering lights work.

I thought both the U's lit up; except on the GT / Highline where just the outer does.

No, only one of the DRLs light up, the bigger one. The inner DRL (smaller one) doesn't do anything as far as i can tell. It only turns on from the side when you turn the wheel.

Placed an order for a golf 90 tsi comfortline dsg limestone gray and driver assistance build 2014 .On 14 april was told estimated delivery 30 april .They said i need to pay pick up no later than 10am 1st may .maybe some sort of end of month thing .I called then today 4.30pm and was told something happen and they should have it some time nxt week . They said cars docked and needs to be transported and dealer checked .Asked about them delivering car as with public transport its over an hour half walking two bus and train.They said its not possible they dont have time or staff free .Maybe its because i am paying 28490 .My neighbour got picked up and taken to there honda dealer .

Speak to the sales manager and complain you have been mislead about the delivery date. Request they pay for a taxi to collect and bring you to the dealership. While you might not have purchased a more expensive model with a larger profit margin, if they value your business for future servicing and any future new car purchases, they should treat you better than they currently have.

This exact same thing happpened when I was about to pick up my GTI few weeks back. I complained to the sales manager saying how unhappy I was and at the end, they have me a free loan car for nearly 2 weeks, and **** tonnes of freebies which I asked for and offered to pay (nah I wasn't really gonna pay)

Pleasant surprise today when advised that car was ready 2 days early.
Very happy with dealer - everything exactly as ordered, all instructions followed.
Overall this was a very good buying experience, and I would highly recommend this dealer for honesty, helpfulness, good advice and excellent customer service (Ben Horsfall @ Ian Boettcher VW Ipswich).
Going on decent trip Saturday to test everything out.
Will post pics of car when bloody rain stops (probably in number plate base plate thread - also very happy with Lakin plates and covers).
