The Official "I have ordered/received my new MK7 Golf" Thread

Ok so finally confirmed my order for GTI. Red, DSG, Leather, Bi-Xenon and Panoramic Roof. My dealer tells me that it should be leaving departure port on 18/11/13 with an ETA of 03/01/14 into Aus port. Exciting times ahead!!!

I got it for 52k. This includes corporate plus discount, tints, and boot liner as well. My dealer is happy for me to keep a demo car for the weekend as I have been extremely "patient" with them! I will most likely request this weekend coming depending on work commitments. Can't wait!!

Just bought myself a brand new MK7 110TDi Highline in white with leather, driver assistance package, 18" Black VW Wheels for $43K. Got to say it was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've every had.

Next thing I need to work out is do I want the interior and exterior treatment they sell.

Also in who in Brisbane does the best window tinting?

Looking forward to picking the car up in a fortnight.

Will post some pics up when I get it.

I used Detail Evolution (Kim). He did the lot window tint, interior leather protection, optic coat exterior protection for $800. Very happy with the result

im 90% happy with mine so far!
wiper issue is annoying and waste gate rattle (but have to check to be sure)

Hi guys,

My Mk7 Golf GTI has arrived in the country today with pick up expected late next week.

White, DSG, no other options.

Paid $25.5k changeover, trading in my Polo GTI, which was nice - but the Golf is so much better.

Waiting is the hardest part
