ordered first week of June, eta was end of oct/early nov but looks like we're going into mid or end of nov now. I know what you mean. I've waited so long now it doesn't matter when it arrives

I'm in the same boat - ordered late June and was originally told late October but it's not due to arrive in Brisbane until 27th November (plus a couple of weeks to clear and make it to the dealer of course). As it gets closer time seems to be taking longer

I will never trust eta anymore. its killing us slowly. mine is on the Boheme which is now 1 day late from schedule. hopefully there's no more delays.

i actually was just trying see if there is any stock with my options and colour, didnt expect to have any, so was preparing to order one from germany and wait 6 months...
talked to 4 dealers in Melb, 1 told me on the ship, 1 told me no stock, 1 told me there is one in 'Volkswagen land' Australia, and 1 didnt bother to check stock for me unless i pay a deposit...

so i went to the dealer who told me about volkswagen land...and ordered it.
picked up after a week...
and thats probably why my price wasnt as low as expecting because its the only one!

dont jealous too much, I'm sure you will get yours soon!

Ok so finally confirmed my order for GTI. Red, DSG, Leather, Bi-Xenon and Panoramic Roof. My dealer tells me that it should be leaving departure port on 18/11/13 with an ETA of 03/01/14 into Aus port. Exciting times ahead!!!
