If it still works out cheap then why not! Just remember that as a 2010 model this is right in the range of engines that had more issues, so it's worth looking into what wlse might be worth doing as preventative maintenance while it's being pulled apart anyway.
I've said it lots of times, but if mine were to go pop and I had to pay for it myself, I'd be looking at dropping in a low km 2.0L GTI motor and gearbox, but then I'm also in a Cabriolet which is a bit of a different proposition compared to a hatch. Really it all comes down to how long you plan to keep it and what you intend on doing with it over that time.
