Slowly getting used to my TDI.
Made a mistake when retiring. After long succession of company cars, simply purchased present car without even a road test. OK, got fleet discount, but should have had a test drive.
So after my daughter driving me around in a MKV Golf, finally did test drive MK6 golf (and many others).
BTW, for the demographic, retired professional. (X-Ray engineer.)MY13 Passat 130TDI Sedan. Autumn Brown Metalic, Desert Beige seats. Sat nav, Rev camera, Dynaudio, 12way adj seats. No ACC Previous Golf 118 TSI with ACC given to my son

Buying my first ever VW, GOLF R, turned 29 last week, In a relationship but that can change If someone gives me my golf sooner than later.
Just to add: I bought my Golf myself but I live at home still till I finish uni (that I have decided to back F/T and complete). So to be honest, without my parents hooking me up rent free and food i dont know If I would have saved up enough to be buying cars all the time let alone an R.
If you can hear me, i love ya MA!!2010 MY11 GOLF R - 5DR | DSG | RISING BLUE | DYNAUDIO + ACC + BLUETOOTH + 19s + RNS510 |

As per most I would fall under the "professional" umbrella. Changing to the GTI from an EVO VIII and can't wait to blend into traffic againTaking delivery next week I hope.
