Yep, MY11.5 changes. A bit more sleek I would say. Not exclusive to GTI/GTD/R, even regular Golf gets it.

mk6tsi, I like your paddle shift mod. The stock seems a bit hard to reach for my normal hand position on steering wheel.

I thought MY11.5 dashboard came with a red ring around the numbers. Yours is an 11.5 but the dials are the old style...

The two photos are taken using different flash condition. Or maybe car is not powered on.
Without flash, it will show up red ring. With flash, it is overpowered by the flash.

In normal daylight (bright condition), you will not see red ring.

I'm up in Brisbane and mine was cleared in a week out of customs, but with you guys down in Vic and NSW I would expect more cars to be unloaded from the boats which would take longer to clear..

I'm in Bris too mate, but I've been told to expect a month...maybe it's just my dealer over-quoting the time so they don't give me any more delays.

Out of curiosity, what dealer did you buy from?

I would think so. Another member here got a 118TSI just and it has the revised shifter shape as well.

Cool. What do you think of this opti-coat business? Is it worth doing? How much? May consider it.

I am set to do window tinting but not sure about opti-coat.
