Well, smash repairs just called - car is ready to be picked up.

Time to get the bus timetable out again.

Really not that excited to tell the truth, will be a pita checking it over with the expectation something wont be right.

Wet weather still. Hope that didnt impact the paint job !

good news!! if you're not too far from chatswood i could give you a lift, but you're probably already on a bus now...

wet weather shouldn't affect it - my last repairer has a huge oven thing next to their spray booth so that the paint is properly baked on

Thanks for the kind offer but car is back home

Unfortunately will have to go back to the repairers.

Gap on one side of the bumper, excess paint down each edge of the bumper.

For those that know about paint, excees and uneven peel and a few occlusions.

Most are fixable, some not.

Just a pita as it means more time off work, time without a car .....

I also had to remove excess filler that had been left on the paintwork and one rim.

Spare screws left in the cupholder - hoping they are old ones that have been replaced with new screws

that sucks sounds like quite a poor job, hope you didn't take it to one of the places i recommended??

Call nrma and say the repair job sucked, and you want it fixed at a different repairer. better to do it sooner than later

Pffft you wouldnt have had a problem if it was RB.. the repairer probably thought he was fixing an old fridge
