So as my car arrived on the Oberon today, I thought I would wonder down and take some happy snaps of the ship.

We came around a courner and hit the mother load.

Golfs were a plenty, I got my first look at a GTD (Damn Nice), even cought sight of an R (Very Damn Nice). and there were a ton of GTIs (Always Nice).

There is something special about seeing so many Golfs fresh of the boat.

I believe the XDS can be activated through Vagcom coding.
Logger posted something about it earlier either for skoda's or the non GTI mk6's.

I am confident the GTD has XDL (Extended EDL), but the source is protected. I have a test drive on Friday 11th, so all will become clear. The launch here is next Monday.

What do you have to pay for? There is no charge for the sessions and I also believe that it not compulsory to leave the tarmac.

I'm not really sure why people keep saying that the XDL is not on the GTD, or that "it is but I can't tell who said cause its a secret".
Just look at the specs from other countries:

Point taken, but the paper I have doesn't say "secret" it says "confidential."
