Black one is a three door. I'd be after a 5 myself for the kids. If they're getting this close I'll hold off a bit on a 2nd hand S3 and see what the pricing isOriginally posted by dave- View PostSo we have cars on the docks in NSW and WA?
I got dibs on the first blue 3dr if it exists lol

Sell one of your watchesOriginally posted by elisiX View PostCrap.. take the GTI on the 20th May or wait anywhere from a month extra upward for the R. (after already waiting since December btw)
...and still no firm pricing. bugger. Actually it's not so much the pricing but whether or not a discount can be had. Even if its only half of the 10% I got on the GTI.

Burgs just got Falken 452s for his 19" RS4 reps for 220 a corner I believe. That is quite reasonable and the tyre is more than suited for daily driving purposesOriginally posted by G-rig View PostNot far away now Safe to assume the 3dr is coming (nice spot btw)?
19" would look good but the replacement cost of 19" tyres are a bit even though the initial upgrade is value. Hmm.
In contrast my RE001's cost 205 a corner for 15s so.....

It doesn't mention anything about Park Assist. It says front and rear park sensors are standard. Park Assist itself (which requires two additional sensors in the side of the front bumper) is not available.Originally posted by Caillin View PostAnyone else notice that it mentions that Parking Assist will be standard?
I thought the PA wasn't even an option on the R overseas?

Dealer rang me today and told me that there where no 3 doors coming, no leather as standard ($3300 extra) and that the price would be 'significantly cheaper than the r32 starting price'. My gut feeling is that is will be around $3300 cheaper.2010 Golf R 3dr, United Grey, DSG, Recaro's , ACC, APR stage 1

Definitely a 3 door here, black, nice R badge on the front, rear sensors, xenons leather interior so unless it here for some promo..........Originally posted by ganis5 View PostDealer rang me today and told me that there where no 3 doors coming, no leather as standard ($3300 extra) and that the price would be 'significantly cheaper than the r32 starting price'. Actually it does have the hole for sensors on the front bar but maybe they all do, 4 in total on the front

Oh and as for selling a watch - they hold their value. These motoring toys dont.
