Im after a 8 spline locking wheel nut socket f some one has one available in the caboolture area or knows where i could go

Sadly I can't help with a tool other than suggesting ringin around the local tyre places or dealers to see if they can knock it off for you.

From what I understand there is a few different versions, I'd recommend removing and replacing them with normal bolts unless you're running something particularly desirable or go to dodgy places.

I got a set taken off my caravan in Tennant Creek of all places.

Local tyre guy had some eazeout sockets and a rattle gun. They gripped the round bolt heads really well and he had them off in no time so a tyre shop should be able to do it neatly.
