Mk6 GTI 2011 DSG Issue - Manual Mode

Hi everybody,

There is a DSG issue that's got me for a while.

Description:

• DSG runs perfectly in "D" and "S" mode.
• Issue is in Manual (+-) mode ONLY.
• All Upshift has no problem.
• Only when I downshift from 4 to 3rd gear, the gear won't catch and it's just acting like "neutural gear". Even if I press downshift, it will not change. I had to let go the throttle to let it do the auto downshift and catch the 2nd gear.
• This is not an "always" problem, it happens from time to time. And I have no idea when/ at what rev band it's going to happen.

Any ideas/ solution will be greatly appreciated.
