How did you diagnose the engine mount problem? - my 1 yr old GTI gives a sensation of rocking forward when cold starting - not sure if I have a problem or not - so far I have replaced a leaking windscreen, but not the range of problems you have had.

I have similar experience to you and wrote to VW australia, what they told me is all dealer are individual owned, and they can not interfer with them, but they will put that in file for future reference and all that kind of crap...

I was so excited about the new car and the poor quality just fxxked it up...

And i m stupid enough to buy another vw!

Hahaha...

To be honest, just ignore the quality problem and drive the car!

Congrats, and it's nice to see a positive outcome when we are used to these things often being a saga. That's one for the dealers!
