Not exactly a major project but finally wired up the connects2 aux in adapter to my RCD300 HU. I've never done DIY audio wiring before so actually had to figure out which wires go where. Much credit to the missus (small hands == good for uh ... grabbing cables in small spaces) and the next door neighbours while I tested it out ... loudly.

It took me a few hours on and off all day including a quick trip down to Jaycar. I'm broke again for a while, I reckon next will be one of those fancy quickconnects CK3000 BT kits ... if it plays nice with the connects2 adapter. Also those stainless door sills look very schmicko and affordable too.

Installed my new Sharan antenna from DubAddiction. Looks much less like a giant radio-controlled car now. Tested the radio and all is good.
