Funny hey- the smallest avi files on my computer I found were my daughters cartoons.

My oldest has been hassling me ever since I told her it could play movies.

Took the back road from Murwullimbah to Lismore today- 50kms of windy road.
Mostly well paved but around Nimbin seems to be nothing but refilled potholes. Definitely not a fast road, but nice for scenic cruise.
Beautiful scenery around Uki- Blue Knob.

Woke up to a flat battery on the golf.
Just discovered you can't put a DSG into reverse with a flat battery!
Also discovered I can't charge my "calcium cell" battery with a standard charger!

Plus it's raining so the internet is slowed to snail pace!

A few goodies ordered- new Canbus update on its way from O/S- To be installed by darkhorse in Brisbane.

Wireless reversing camera for the head unit.

Also collecting asset of VMR V710's on Tuesday.

I know I'm mad getting 19in- but these will be my weekend cruise set- car meets etc.

Not my car- but some idea of what they will look like- once some coil overs or lowering springs are fitted

Meant to drop in on Friday and say hi, but my lunch break was cut short!
Car bra was a must have as I drive regularly along Lismore Bangalow road and have had some nasty stone chips on the mk2 I had to fix.

The VMRs are the V710's in matte black.

Next up will be some H&R springs. May not be till Christmas.
Dude when these are fitted I'll be stressed just driving done the Main Street of town- hence keeping the detroits for my daily and the VMR's for special days only.

Picked up the V710's today.

First task was giving them a decent scrub.
As they have 245 35's fitted, I'll be most likely fitting a set of 235 at least to the front pair.
