The dealer wrote in the logbook that the next service was to be at 15,000. The engine computer had next service at 22,500* as did the Castrol sticker they stuck on the windscreen.
sounds like the people who did the sticker and the computer stuffed it up.
If you took it in at 7500 then it should go back in at 15000 then 30000.

yes the service book is a bit vague on the nature of the work performed. Std is every 15,000km or 12 months which ever comes first, unless you are regulary driving in harsh conditions which they state every 7,500km or six months, and yes I thought brake fluid should be done every 2 years and coolant?, then could be more if you need brake pads, which is more likely on a Euro car, ie they are softer and wear faster....

Yep and after two years I'm also expecting fuel filter, maybe cabin filter (pollen filter).
I just had a mini service done by Burwin VW in Melbourne. I'd intended to have the oil changed at 7,500 kms, but it ended up stretching to 10,000 before it happened. Had a couple of minor warranty things to do too (a clip of some sort on the seat rail had cracked, and a tapping noise from underneath the car (which turned out to be exhaust)). Quoted at $140, and they provided me with a Jetta for a few hours. So, even though they are a fair way from where I live, I'll be using them again.
